At Mundocuento, we respect parents' right to data sovereignty. You can initiate the immediate and permanent deletion of your user account and all associated telemetry.

How to Request Account Deletion

1. Send an email to [email protected].
2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion - Mundocuento".
3. Specify the primary email address used to log into the mobile app.

Purged Information

• User profile in Firebase Authentication.
• Reading history, bookmarked stories, and saved narrator configurations.
• Stored cloud state and preference records.

Turnaround Time

Following identity verification, your account and data are permanently removed across our systems within 7 business days.
